WS classes expand your knowledge of wine, yes, but they also empower you with knowledge of cheese and food & wine pairing as well.

You don't even need to cook to benefit from the wine + food component of our classes. In addition to recipes, suggestions are provided for take-out and/or deli prepared foods. Pairing principles are incorporated into class agendas, so regardless of how your group includes the pairing foods you'll experience the lessons firsthand.

Both Cynthia and June hold the distinguished rank of Certified Culinary Professional of which there are just 300 worldwide. As mentors they exemplify the spirit at the heart of Wine Sisters USA---sharing, experimenting, expanding.
